Sexual promiscuity has never been okay. Abstinence not only gives our lives sanity, but it keeps our minds and bodies at peace. There are people who are quick to accept any sexual advances. For some, as seen with male folk, they see this as a conquest, while some ladies simply lack the moral compass to sit and evaluate their behavior. - Life expectancy for men is shorter than women already, promiscuity only cuts it shorter by exposing the men who have lesser resilience to diseases as research shows. Illnesses such as prostrate cancer, HIV, and other sexually transmitted diseases.
- Wrong sexual behavior clouds the mind, leaving a dysfunctional human being who finds it hard to understand the value of human relationship and true connections with people.
- Sexual Promiscuity has left many men with children they do not even know exist as they have had contacts with many random women. The effect of this, more children without present or known fathers and more children whose paternity has been transferred to the wrong father.
- Mental and psychological health is affected a lot in people who engage in promiscuous sexual life. They may have a brief self esteem boost, from thinking they are wanted or desired, but afterwards, they feel lower self esteem, more anxiety and psychological disorders. They also have a deep sense of loneliness as they hardly ever develop real genuine loving connections with people, they ward off loneliness with brief encounters.
